1. About Us

TopRentals Event & Party Co. ("we", "us", "our") is a premium online party rental service registered in Nigeria. We provide high-quality and clean tents, chairs, tables, sound systems, lighting, and full event setup services across Lagos and surrounding states.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a minimum 50% deposit to secure items and dates.
• Full payment must be completed 48 hours before delivery.
• We accept bank transfer, Paystack (card), and USSD payments.
• A refundable caution deposit of ₦50,000–₦200,000 applies depending on order value.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are price-locked.

3. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and professional setup are included in all quotes.
• Delivery time slots: 8am–6pm. After-hours delivery attracts extra charges.
• Customer must provide clear access and a contact person on site.
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or venue restrictions beyond our control.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation more than 72+ hours before event: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 48–72 hours before event: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund (items are reserved exclusively)
• Custom-made or printed items: Non-refundable once production begins

5. Damage & Liability

• Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.
• Customer is fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use.
• Damaged/lost items will be charged at current replacement cost + 30% handling fee.
• Burns, cuts, permanent stains, missing parts = full replacement cost.
• We recommend event insurance for high-value bookings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate venue details and access instructions
• Ensure items are protected from rain, theft, and misuse
• No sub-renting or relocation without written consent
• Return all items clean and in original condition (where applicable)

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, fire, strike, government restrictions, or severe traffic.

8. Privacy & Photos

By using our service, you grant us permission to take photos/videos of our setup at your event for marketing purposes (Instagram, website, WhatsApp status). We will never share personal details without consent.

9. Contact & Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by Nigerian law. We aim to resolve issues amicably via hello@toprentals.ng or +234 704 546 9892 before any legal action.
